Concerning the petitioner's prayer "that a law may be passed, authorizing her to receive payment of the amount, with interest, of two receipts or certificates" granted by the Virginia continental loan office to her deceased husband, Lemuel Thorowgood, which her husband failed to redeem before the expiration date of the certificates.
