The Doomsday Butcher is a 2025 crime thriller novel by S.E. Stitcher and the first book in the Cole Chambers FBI Profiler Thrillers series. Set in New York in 1993, it follows rookie FBI profiler Cole Chambers as he investigates a murder scene at an abandoned amusement park where four bodies are arranged as part of an apocalyptic pattern. Chambers and his seasoned partner connect the killings to threats drawn from the Book of Revelation while trying to decode the killer's clues before the next attack. The novel combines FBI procedural elements, serial-killer suspense, psychological trauma, and religious/apocalyptic imagery. It was published in Kindle ebook and paperback formats in February 2025.
