The [28] pages is a list of subscribers; one of the subscribers was Samuel Johnson, who reviewed the book in the Literary Magazine in October 1756 before its publication.
Last two leaves consist of a one page poem, Author to the Reader (verso errata) and a leaf of Buckland advertisements.
