Second issue, with a continuation (p. 41-46) appended to the sheets of the 1822 first issue.

The Houghton Library copy, acquired in 1870, has on p. 41 a MS. note concerning the continuation: "printed & subsequently added by the donor" [i.e. Nathan Lincoln, son of the author].

Publication date derived from the typography, paper, binding, and acquisition date of the Houghton Library copy.

Based on internal evidence, the continuation was written by Lincoln no earlier than 1830.
