A bill to prevent vexatious actions in the Court of Mayor and Aldermen of the city of London

held in the Outer Chamber of the Guildhall of the said city, commonly called the Lord Mayor's Court, for recovery of the penalties provided by an act of Common Council made and passed the fifteenth day of April, in the fourth year of the reign of His late Majesty King James the First, intituled, An act against forreyners retayling merchandizes, keeping shoppes, and using handycraft trades within this citye and liberties thereof, against persons keeping shops, exercising trade, or selling by retail within this city and the liberties thereof, not having obtained the freedom of the same city, and for better regulating the proceedings in all actions to be hereafter sued, commenced, and prosecuted in the said court, in the name of the chamberlain of this city, for recovery of such penalties and for other purposes in relation thereto
