Paperback directory with dark tan covers. The front cover has the title in the top half, and an advertisement for Beach and Resort Association, Inc. The back cover has four advertisements for Hotel Gearhart, L.J. Kling, Walker's Home Bakery, and E.C. Smith Electric Shop. The book is in poor condition. The covers are completely loose from the stapled pages. There are also many tears and wrinkles on both covers. Many of the interior pages have also come loose from the staples and show more wear and tear than the other pages. This thin directory also has a small hole punched through the top left corner. Written at the top of the front cover is: "G.W. Utzinger" (Grover William Utzinger.) Size: 7" x 10.5"
