Though it was written for the 1974 crowd, it is still valid for recreational trail riders even today in 2012. If you are only interested in Moto-Cross or other racing sports, this is NOT the book for you. If you are starting out and don't know what air pressure to use nor why, or you want a basic education about how your engine works and why, handle bar position, lever position or other basics the experienced rider takes for granted, this is a perfect book for you.. if you can find it
