Main text of v. 1, distinguished by larger type from interspersed material by Leunclavius, is a translation of Muhiddin Mehmed's Tarih-i Âl-i Osman (Short text)
"Dwě gjzdy Augeria Busbekia ..." and "Napomenutj ..." added by the Czech editors (in v. 2) are translations of Itinera Constantinopolitanum et Amasianum and De acie contra Turcam instruenda consilium, both by O. G. de Busbecq.
