Viceregial bando condemning the Constitución de Apatzingán, the constitutional decree for the liberty of Mexican America, sanctioned on October 22, 1814, by the Congress of Chilpancingo. He condemned all the documents stemming from it including, ordering them all to be burned in the zocalo in Mexico City. He also names the signatories to the constitution.
