one for the re-payment of forty thousand pound (out of the first monies raysed upon the weekely assessment) which the Lord Major and aldermen of London have engaged themselves forthwith to advance for the supply of the army under the command of His Excellency the Earle of Essex : the other that no alehouse-keeper or other person after the beat of a drum shall harbor any marriner or seamen belonging to the fleet under the commaud of the Earle of Warwick, now setting forth to the seas for the defence of the kingdome in this time of imminent danger
