An edition of Bältgatan 5 (2018)

Bältgatan 5 is a classic Östermalm address. This used to be Margaretaskolan, a Christian girls' school founded by Hanna Lindmark, the Ångermanland woman who was auctioned off at the age of nine but became one of Sweden's first successful female entrepreneurs. Now her old home school is being transformed into an exclusive residential building, under the name Library No. 5. The property developer Glommen & Lindberg is behind the project. In collaboration with the architectural firm Jägnefält Milton and furniture designer Mats Theselius, they have created a concept with one foot in the historic environment and the other in tomorrow's housing solutions
