"Stereotyped by Vincent L. Dill, 128 Fulton Street, N.Y."--page iv. Thomas W. Strong was located at 98 Nassau St. between 1843 and 1866. Vincent L. Dill was located at 128 Fulton St. between 1840 and 1863. Copy in hand bears an inscription dated 1860.

Frontispiece plate printed in colored ink.

Pages 23-26 misbound between pages 32 and 33.
