Together with his progresse in minerals, and the desires of severall merchants and others that are willing and ready to advance so good a work for the benefit of the nation. Humbly tendred to the serious consideration of the honourable House of Commons, and all other persons in authority, whether civill or martiall, that are desirous to advance the trade of the nation, supply the necessities of the poor, by discovering the hidden treasures of the Earth, preserve the lives of many poore creatures from untimely death (who now are destroyed in their prime for petty fellonies) which might otherwise be made serviceable to the Commonwealth
