Rare Book copy 1: Extra-illustrated; the extra illustrations comprise portrait prints of the author, Robert Peel, Henry Brougham, Lord Melbourne, Lord John Russell, Lord Stanley, Viscount Plamerston. Whatever was laid in between pages 164 and 165 has been excised, leaving a hole and its frame as well as the mounted address and postmark.
