Collection of clippings, blue-prints, pen and ink and pencil drawings, and photographs assembled by Alphonse A. Bouffard, who worked for the Cheney Bigelow Wire Works from around 1920 to 1944. Several drawings are initialed by Bouffard and many later prints bear his rubber stamp. Bound in unmarked scrapbook, the items are glued down, several to a page, many overlapping. Some drawings are on thin linen. Scrapbook is disbound. Many projects are identified.

Illustrated ironwork projects for: Home National Bank, Holyoke; Boyd & Stahel, San Diego, Calif.; YMCA, New Haven, Conn.; Dime Savings Bank, Hartford; Hartford National Bank; Natural History Museum; Tremont Building; Norwich Savings Society; Hampden Homeopathic Hospital, Springfield, Mass.; and many other buildings. There are several photographs of the work done for the Savings Bank of New London.

Several items are loose. Items have been removed from leaves [7 verso], [8 verso], and [23 verso]. Leaves [24 verso], [25 verso]-[51], [57 verso]-[60 recto] are blank.
