The owners are named in "The case of Tho. Bowrey, Tho. Hammond, John Starke, and divers others the owners and freighters of the ship Worcester; Capt. Tho. Green late commander, seiz'd and condemn'd in Scotland", printed in [London?, 1707].

Thomas Green and John Madder, respectively captain and first mate of the Worcester, were executed for piracy and murder on April 11, 1705.

Text printed in two parallel columns.

There are two issues of this work: in this one (ESTC, T37235), line 1 of title ends with "from", the last line of text of column 2 reads "mander, or any other Ship, Sloop, or Vessel whatever.", and line 1 of imprint ends with "Captain"; in the other (ESTC, N9968), line 1 of title ends with "the", the last line of text of column 2 reads "Sloop, or Vessel whatever.", and line 1 of imprint ends with "Case of".
