This hard to find, and some times expensive book is devoted to telling the biography of American Service Members that died in support of the liberation of the nation of Kuwait by neighboring Iraq in August 1990. Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm would evolve over 600,000 American troops and build a coalition of over 30 nations to forcibly eject Saddam Hussein forces from the tiny Emirate of Kuwait.
Not Forgotten lists all the names of Americans fallen with just under half given expanded bio's auth family and friends contributing to the effort.
Published in 1995 and working on the best known facts there is today some discrepancy in the actual number with conflicting data between Department of Defense and the VA.
That said, this book remains a treasure for information and to help keep this event in our hearts and minds.
