"The purpose of this Biological Assessment (BA) is to address and analyze both the impacts from emergency fire suppression actions taken to put out the [Pine Ridge Wildland] fire, and potential effects associated with implementation of the Rehabilitation Plan. This BA addresses four federally endangered fish species...and one federally threatened plant species ...
