Consists of an aerial view and plans of the asylum, a list of members and the report of the Committee of Visitors (E. P. Buckley, chairman [and others]), the report of the medical superintendent (John Thurnham), report of the Commissioners in Lunacy (B. W. Proctor, T. Turner), statistical and financial statements, a description of the building (T. H. Wyatt, J. Thurnham), general rules for the government of the asylum, approved of by S. H. Walpole.

The Asylum is also referred to as 'Wiltshire County Asylum'.
