Besides a very complete version of the work known as Liber miraculorum Sanctae Fidis, by Bernard of Angers (Bernardus scholasticus) and unidentified others (leaves 15-104), the ms., here reproduced completely, contains also an anonymous Passio sanctae Fidis and other materials for liturgical celebration of the Saint's feasts.
On leaf 1a, copy of undated breve of Pope Paschal [II?] addressed to Abbott Bego of St. Foy Abbey in Conques; init.: "Paschalis ep[isco]p[u]s serus seruo[rum] dei dilecto in xp̄o [= Christo] filio Begoni monasterii b[eate] fidis co[n]chensis abb[at]i ..."

Leaves 109-116 are a gathering detached from a noted Breviary (12th cent.?); it contains part of the Common of the Saints and a large portion of the office for the anniversary of the dedication of a church, all with staffless neumatic notation for the chanted parts.
