Digestum vetus and Infortiatum, published in the same year in the same format and with identical device on t.p. (Digestum vetus statedly by the Societas Aquilae se Renovantis), have titles: Pandectarum seu Digestum vetus [sic] iuris ciuilis tomus primus; Pandectarum seu Digestorum iuris ciuilis quibus iurisprudentia ex veteribus iureconsultis desumpta libris L continetur tomus secundus. Together with the present volume they constitute an edition of the Digesta.
