Specifics on the Alaska Department of Fish and Game's management of the commercial salmon fisheries in the Kodiak Management Area (KMA), which is designed to promote maximum sustained yield for future KMA salmon returns by achieving salmon escapement goals and providing opportunity to harvest salmon in excess of those goals.
