Washington Theater! Wednesday, June 6th. Viva la soiree d'Afrique. Seventh night of the far-famed Mrs. Matt Peel's Original Campbell Minstrels under the patronage of the elite of Washington. Music! Mirth! Melody! Opera! Farce! and Burlesques! First night in Washington of the laughable extravaganza, entitled "The Hop of Fashion!" First night of the laughable farce of "Mr. & Mrs. Jones!" Fifteen incomparable artistes! Were greeted last night by an overwhelming audience, and was vociferously encored in their various acts. Mr. J.T. Huntley in several beautiful burlesques. Frank Pell and Price in their budget of inexhaustable witticisms. Musical department under the personal supervision of Herr Male. Look! Look! Look! Look! at the programme for this evening ...
