Originally issued separately in 1681 (Wing B2759; Evans 279).

Includes "Wame ketoohomae uketoohomaongash David," caption title, i.e. the metrical Psalms, on leaves ²2K3-2Y⁴.

Does not contain the dedication to Robert Boyle present in some copies.
