This is a boxed collection of 50 illustrated color post cards by Mark Mothersbaugh. Each card is a reproduction of a illustrated card, on the back, it has the title, and date of the illustration if known, if either is not known, they are labeled as "Untitled", or "n.d." if there is 'no date'. The cards measure 15.5 cm, by 9.5cm. It also mentions that it is "From 'Mark Mothersbaugh: Collected Facts & Lies: Mothersbaugh', it then lists the publisher, and Mark's copyright. Inside the open topped box, is a ribbon to easily remove the cards, it came with a illustrated slipcover. The box itself is light blue, with a white interior. The reverse of the slipcase tells that Mark has created one of these drawings every day, for many years, with over 30,00 of them having been made. This collection was made to coincide with the "Mark Mothersbaugh: Myopia" art exhibit, at the 'Museum of Contemporary Art Denver' from November 2014 - May 2015. A book called "Mark Mothersbaugh: Myopia" ISBN: 9781616892623, was also released, with many of the same postcards also reprinted. This box set features three card reproductions that were not seen in the book. It originally sold for $17.95 in the USA, and £13.99 in the UK.

Another collection of Mark Mothersbaugh's illustrated cards was published in book form under the name "What I know: Volume I", from 1987, ISBN: 0937837069. It contained 150 reproductions of various cards.
