This edition is known to exist in three states. One, bound in red cloth, measures 25 cm. in height, and has a colophon which states "Twenty-seven copies of this book have been printed ... each copy contains a sheet of the original manuscript." A second state, with the same binding and height, lacks a colophon. A third state, bound in printed paper over boards, measures 23.6 cm. in height and has a colophon which reads "One hundred copies ... have been printed."
HRC copy 1 is no. 15 of the first state; copy 2 is of the second state; copies 3-4 are of the third state.
