Edition Notes

The chamber choir (SATB) is split evenly into two groups, "Nora Choir" and "Radio Choir": the former represents the internal voice of Nora (played by a silent actress) and her immediate world, the latter "[occupies] a special, magical place apart from Nora's real world" (page 115).

"1/25/2015"--Page 1, bottom.

Commissioned by Pacific Chorale. Premiered by the John Alexander Singers in Costa Mesa, May 2014.

English words, also printed as text (pages 115-121).

Staff notation.
