The Monadnock Building is landmark office building located at 53 West Jackson Boulevard, in the Chicago Central Business District. It consists of 380,000 square feet on 17 floors. It was built in two parts between 1890 and 1893. The north half was designed by John Wellborn Root of the firm Burnham & Root. After Root's death, Holabird & Roche was commissioned to design the south half. Upon completion, The Monadnock was the largest office building in the world. This publication is intended as an investment offering.
