Instead, it is Charles Gordon writing a very funny book about a wonderful trip that he and his faithful spousal companion Nancy took across Canada in the summer of 1996. They did it right: They drove from Ottawa east to St. John's, Newfoundland all the way west to Victoria on the Pacific coast, then back again. It took them three wonderful months.
