Consists of a list of the officers, financial statements, statistical tables, the report of the medical superintendent (Henry Maudsley), the rules for admission, visiting, and discharge of patients and rates of board.
Rebound with pages largely in reverse order, some missing. Bound with reports covering 1850-51 to 1860-61 (publ.1851-62)
