Consists of the report of the Committee of Visitors (H. W. Wickham, chairman), report of the Commissioners in Lunacy (R. W. S. Lutwidge, James Wilkes), report of the medical superintendent (John D. Cleaton), statistical and financial statements (Wm. Bailey, clerk)
The report is accompanied by a large folded print of an aerial view of the asylum, overprinted with a key to main buildings. It was printed by J. F. Masser Litho, at 25 Boar Lane, Leeds.
