Union Pacific Resources Company and other operators propose to drill additional gas development wells within the Greater Wamsutter Area located in Carbon and Sweetwater counties, Wyoming, on land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Great Divide Resource Area. Project implementation could affect vegetation resources, including vegetation cover types that provide important habitats to wildlife; waters of the United States, including special aquatic sites such as jurisdictional wetlands; and plant species of concern, including individuals and/or habitat. This technical report presents data characterizing the existing environment, including information on the 1) occurrence and character of vegetation types; 2) reconnaissance-level investigations on the occurrence, distribution, and character of waters of the U.S. including special aquatic sites and jurisdictional wetlands; and 3) plant species of concern, including BLM-designated special status plants.
