Information used for dating: New Idea Woman's Magazine was published between 1896 and March 1912. The "Journal of a London Woman" column (which is printed beginning on page 32) first appeared in November 1902. Emma Archer Osborne (1860-1943) married Eben Sterling Coe in 1904 in Cleveland, Ohio.
