Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in ca. 19th-century calfskin panelled in triple-ruled blind with an inner border of blind-stamped floral tools. The spine is rebacked in modern, brown morocco with the title stamped lengthwise. The armorial bookplate of Herbert Charles Marsh is present on the front pastedown, and that of the Barton Library is present on the rear. The name "Thomas Smith" is inscribed, in an early hand, on the outer margin of G3.
