Yes, gravity force depends on it's mass and velocity as all other forces. However, gravitational acceleration is not.
On the other hand, attraction acceleration is dependent on it's mass and composition (shape, size, surface, and distance are distribution of mass, or function of mass and distance). Therefore, gravity is not a force of attraction.

Free fall experiments show the gravitational acceleration is independent of composition, shape, size, and distance. However, attracting acceleration is dependent on composition, shape, size, and distance. Therefore:
Gravity is not attraction.
