In this letter, Luther Lee tells Amos A. Phelps about a recent meeting where he (Lee) preached. He then talks about a discussion he had with Mr. Clark, with whom he had had some difference of opinions. He also talks about the meetings of the Conference of Churches, from which he has just returned. Finally, he expresses his confidence in a Mr. Moor, a second-year seminary student, saying that he is the right man for the region.
