This inventory contains 4 volumes of typewritten descriptions of the drawings and 1 volume of typewritten descriptions of the prints in the John Merriam Collection. All entries are arranged alphabetically by artist name, and organized in three-ring binders. Entries concerning artworks described and catalogued by Merriam may include the name of the artist, the title of the work(s), a brief description of the work's content/subject matter, the dimensions of the work, the date of production of the work, the medium of the work, any previous publication details (for works published in books or displayed in exhibitions), and/or the provenance of the work.
