Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in modern black goatskin panelled and tooled in gilt. The title page and the three leaves immediately following it have been repaired. The final three leaves have also been repaired, with portions of printing in facsimile. The leather armorial bookplate of Thomas Honeyman, IV is present on the front pastedown. A faded inscription in an early hand at the head of 3* ́reads "Nathaniel [illegible] is the [illegible] owner of this boo[k]."
