Edition Notes
Holograph, signed.
This letter accompanies a box of contributions for the Boston Anti-Slavery Bazaar. Isabella Scott is the largest contributor to the fair. Margaret Armour is mentioned as one "whose exertions have been valuable to us in making up our small stock this year." At a meeting called tomorrow to discuss the Fugitive Slave Law, Robert Edmond is expected to attend.
The second leaf of this manuscript consists of a "list of articles sent to the Boston Anti-Slavery Bazaar 1850, from Edinburgh," including prices for the items.
