Edition Notes

Holograph, signed.

Samuel May, Jr., says that Miss Weston should read some of the letters sent with the Bazaar box from Bristol, England. Most of them were written to Mary A. Estlin. Samuel May suspects that "the Estlins have been disappointed not a little in Chamerovzow. I don't believe he has as much integrity, honesty, & manliness, as they gave him credit for. Chesson I believe to be a true man." Samuel May is concerned over the absences of Sydney H. Gay from his office caused by the illnesses of his children.
