Brandeis lacking last two volumes.
Bound in full speckled leather; raised bands; gilt decoration and lettering with red morocco label to spine; gilt inside dentelles; marbled edges and endpapers; green silk bookmarks. Spine of v. 1 damaged.
The monogram of Carl August, grand duke of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach (?) gilt stamped to the front board of each volume.
