To accompany bill relating to land titles in the districts of Detroit, Vincennes, and Kaskaskias. Included are letters of Albert Gallatin, secretary of the Treasury; the address of Arthur St. Clair to the Indians, Oct. 3, 1799; letters of Judge Woodward; and a chronological table of the settlements in the territory.
