New National Theatre, W.H. Rapley, manager. T. Arthur Smith, treasurer. Chas. E. Evans and F. Ziegfeld, Jr., present the Herald Square Theatre N.Y. production of the frisky English novelty in two acts, entitled "The French Maid," Mlle. Anna Held, original cast, including Charles A. Bigelow. 200 nights Herald Square Theatre, N.Y., now nearing its 400th performance at the Vaudeville Theatre, London. Libretto by Capt. Basil Hood, music by Walter Slaughter. Orchestra and chorus under the direction of Mr. Will P. Brown, ballets arranged for this production by Herr Augustus Sohlke, maitre de ballet. New scenery by Frank Rafter and Frank Dodge. Produced under the direction of Mr. Augustus Sohlke.
