As long as we deal with youth we shall have pretty regular violations of rule in college. "How long are we to havve student outbreaks, and student irregularities?" our president asked me not long ago. "Can't you ever get the boys educated so that we shall not be longer troubled with these things?"

(W)ith reference to the college derelict, (t)he purposes in the mind of half a dozen different individuals who vote to impose a penalty upon an undergraduate who has been guilty of a violation of college rules are probably in no two cases alike.
