ALS (1862 March 26) to Trigg from his son, E. C. Trigg, describing maneuvers of the 2nd Tennessee Regiment (U.S.) in Kentucky and resulting casualties; ALS (1862 April 9) from Samuel L. Foote, a Confederate soldier, requesting Trigg's aid in obtaining his release from the military prison at Camp Douglas, Ill.; ALS (1862 May 2) to Trigg from James Irvine, also a Confederate, concerning his release and that of William McFall from the military prison at Johnson Island, Ohio; and ALS (1866 May 21) to Trigg from John A. Murphy relating to a debt of E. C. Trigg.
