Sixteen bifolia and one illustrated folded plate, unbound, in a clam shell box covered in green cloth. The spine of the box is made to look like a doric column.
"Fifty copies have been printed on Rives BFK paper at Wild Carrot Letterpress. The illustrations have been printed on Arches 88 paper at the Prasada Press, Cincinnati, by Theresa Ruggerie ... The box has been handmade by Gerard Charriere and Carol Joyce ... numbered 1 through 50 and signed by the illustrator"--Colophon.
