In this new edition we consider all the new theories and systems of conciliation ( mediation), the changes in the legal system related to conciliation system from Peru its links with the judiciary system on the courts and the new arbitration model in Peru. Moreover my experience as researchers and lecturer from this matter in Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela contribute to design this text. I compare the experiences in mediation in other latin american countries as Ecuador, Brasil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile ,USA, Asia ( Japan and China).
