Includes translations of "Quatrains" by Guy du Faur seigneur de Pibrac and "Paradoxe que les adversitez sont plus necessaires que les prosperités" by Odet de La Noue seigneur de Téligny.
"The second vveeke" and "Tetrastika. Or The quadrains of Guy de Faur, Lord of Pibrac" each have separate dated title page; register and pagination are continuous.
Large-paper copies have B1r with royal arms within double rules; regular copies have arms within a single rule, or lack them entirely.
