The best reporting of the beginning of the Alaska Steamship tourism trade. Opens an unique window to a time that was rarely documented. Towns that are long abandoned & forgotten. Excellent work by a professional researcher & writer. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in the early years of Southeast Alaska.
