A study concerning the effects cyanides had on fish was presented. The toxicity, effects on physiology and methods of induction into the tissues of iron-cyanide, thiocyanate and metallocyanide complexes were outlined and discussed. In addition, the procedures, results and conclusions from iron-cyanide and thiocyanate toxicity tests were analysed. Also included was a review of recent research done on fish.
